How did we start?

The COO of DoxyChain reached out to us via our website. The communication went smoothly right from the start. Following the first discovery meeting, we scheduled a few additional meetings with their primary investors and other team members. After a couple meetings and alignment sessions, we decided to aid DoxyChain with the correct go-to-market plan.

Main challenge

We identified the old website as a bottleneck for future sales and marketing initiatives because to the company's objectives to be present on the worldwide market. To improve their time-to-market, we emphasized the following major challenges that should have been handled right away:

  • 1. Messaging. The website did not clearly express what they did and who they are targeting, it was too vague.
  • 2. Design coherence. We used their existing assets for UI design to showcase how the product functions and capabilities with as much precision as possible on the redesigned website.
  • 3. Website technology. The previous website was built with the React technology. We decided to go with Webflow as a much better and more scalable solution because React is not a scalable solution for websites.

The solution

With the expertise of our team and in close collaboration with DoxyChain's marketing team, we embarked on a website redesign in January 2023. We successfully created a clear website structure that effectively showcases all of the product solutions and benefits this innovative product offers.

The website's category-leading position was strengthened by transparent pricing page and a clear call-to-action strategy. In addition, we determined the primary customer verticals and created appropriate messaging for the website. Because these customer personas will be targeted through paid marketing and outbound sales campaigns.

This approach enabled DoxyChain to start generating inbound leads.

Our primary focus was on speed-to-development and showcasing unique product benefits through copy and design. We made sure that we could provide clarity on blockchain digital certificates to people who (mostly) aren't tech-savvy.
