Who are we?

We are a Bounty Hunter Performance Marketing Agency working in the B2B SaaS industry.

We are looking for Business Developer to improve our brand recognition and help boost our brand growth. This is an exciting opportunity to create action plans and sales strategies to support us reach our growth initiatives — including new customer acquisition and client optimization.

We are working with a range of companies from the United States and Europe, and we always strive to provide exceptional service to our clients.

This position requires strong communication, sales, and management skills and a basic understanding of PPC and product development.

You'll work closely with the agency founder on the following tasks:

  • Identify and research potentially profitable clients.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships daily/weekly basis.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to create mutually beneficial proposals.
  • Create and improve proposals for our existing and new clients.
  • Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate with stakeholders.
  • Monitor project teams to ensure contracts are executed as agreed.
  • Monitor prospect's pipeline.
  • Gather helpful information from customer and competitor data.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients and internal team leaders.
  • Work closely with the performance marketing team on mutual alignment.
  • Implement business growth strategies.
  • Develop and deliver pitches for potential investors (for Bounty Hunter internal products).
  • Working financial forecasting & agency growth predictions.
